Rosé Champagne has a deep purple hue with hints of rose petals. The white mousse contrasts with the bright colour of the wine.

The nose is dominated by red fruit (cherries, strawberries) with hints of blackberry. There are nuances of raspberry jam, a light scent of rose and violet and a hint of menthol.

The palate is greedy, very marked by the fruit, and the dosage provides the sweetness that matches the aromas. The menthol note comes through in the finish and lingers after tasting.

Our rosé should be served as an aperitif, but also as a dessert with a bowl of unsweetened red fruit, or simply with cherries.
