Complexity and elegance.

It has a brilliant golden yellow colour, underlined by a fine, persistent mousse.

The nose opens with fruity aromas of candied pear and dried fruit. Fig predominates, followed by subtle notes of toast and a discreet hint of ginger.

The palate is light and lemony, seductively fresh and elegant. Chiselled and taut, it stretches out with finesse over mineral notes. This champagne strikes the right balance between dosage and aromatic power.

The current tasting suggests that this young vintage will keep for a long time. Served at between 10 and 12°C, this cuvée would be the perfect accompaniment to mushroom risotto or roast monkfish with smoked bacon.
